Hozzávalók

400 g tönkölyliszt
80 g csokoládé
80 g pálmazsír
40 g durvára vágott mandula
40 g méz

Elkészítés: A liszthez hozzáadjuk a szódabikarbónát, majd a többi 
alapanyagot. Alaposan összekeverjük, muffin sütőformákba töltjük és 160 C fokos
sütőben megsütjük.
